South West Twerk School

Hilarious, fun exercise and socialising. Even allowed me to peer through the fog of young kids and perimenopause and remember that it's possible to feel sexy! I was really intimidated to start coming and imagined a really young cool hot potentially cliquey crowd, but actually everyone is incredibly friendly and it's a really diverse and inclusive space, if you are on the fence try it!

Joining these classes has been the best thing I've done in a very long time. The sense of community and sisterhood is immense and totally joyful. I leave every class so incredibly energised and alive. The teachers are wonderful, real and willing to go that extra step to help you and make you feel welcome…and, the movement, reclaiming our sensuality, for ourselves is revolutionary and gives me a huge sense of hope. Thank you SW Twerk School you have changed me for the better, from within.

SW Twerk School is SUCH a vibe. Fun, empowering, and unapologetically feminine. The music is unreal - pure, infectious rhythm that makes you move. I love how this class honours the roots of twerk while creating a powerful space for women to feel confident and free. The teachers are so warm, inviting, and encouraging…such a vibe from the moment you walk in. Honestly cannot recommend this class enough.

A fabulous school with wonderful tutors who bring everyone together in an empowering, fun & fabulous practice. Thank you for bringing good energy to every twerking session & making sure we all have a fantastic time!

I feel so comfortable and accepted here! Shaking my bum with no judgement and loving every minute of it. The teachers really know what they are talking about and teach in a playful and embodied way. There is no pressure to be 'good' at twerking beforehand, so come and have a go!!
