Our most recent special event edition is Feminine Embodiment - blending pelvic mobility + women's yoga with twerk dance moves + ecstatic dance. These sessions are a blend of connecting with pelvis through breathwork, pelvic floorwork and yogic practices. Followed by learning twerk moves + an ecstatic dance space to dance freely and explore the movements and dance practises from the first half.
